Our minibuses are perfect for team outings, airport transfers, events, or road trips. Comfortably seats your whole group and keeps everyone together.
We offer a range of commercial vehicles to suit various needs, including trucks for moving and transport (e.g., Isuzu NNR or similar), utes for tradies and deliveries (e.g., Toyota Hilux or similar), moving vans for city moves and small business transport (e.g., LDV G10 or similar), and minibuses for group transport (e.g., Toyota Hiace or similar).
Generally, a full and valid Australian driver’s licence is required. Minimum age requirements apply, typically 21 years or older for most vehicles, with some larger or specialty vehicles potentially requiring drivers to be 25 years or older. Provisional (P-plate) licences are usually not accepted. International drivers must present a licence translated into English or a valid International Driving Permit.
Yes, additional drivers can usually be added for a small daily fee. All additional drivers must be present at the time of vehicle collection and provide a full and valid driver’s licence.
Most rental companies accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). A bond or security deposit is typically required at the commencement of hire, usually processed as a pre-authorisation on your credit card. This bond is released upon the safe return of the vehicle, provided there are no additional charges for damage, refuelling, or excess kilometres.
Basic insurance is generally included with commercial vehicle rentals. However, a damage liability fee applies in the event of an accident or damage. Optional excess reduction fees are often available to significantly lower this liability.
Vehicles are typically supplied with a full tank of fuel and should be returned in the same condition. If the vehicle is not refuelled, a surcharge for fuel and refuelling service will apply.
Many rentals include a standard number of kilometres per day, such as 100km. If you exceed this limit, an excess kilometre charge per kilometre driven will apply. Discuss your travel plans to see if a special trip rate or discounted kilometre blocks are available for longer distances.
Bookings can typically be made online through the website or by contacting the reservation team directly. It’s recommended to book in advance, especially during peak periods, to ensure availability and better rates.
Cancellation and modification policies vary. Fees may apply depending on how close to the pick-up date the cancellation or change is made.
One-way rentals may be possible, but limitations and relocation fees often apply depending on the pick-up and drop-off locations.
Vehicle makes and models listed are generally a guide, and specific models cannot always be guaranteed. Vehicles are typically booked by category based on similar specifications.
Many of our trucks are equipped with a tailgate lifter for easier loading and unloading, often with a specific weight capacity. Our staff can demonstrate its operation upon collection.
Our minibuses, such as the Toyota Hiace or similar, are designed for group transport and comfortably seat a whole group. Please check the specific seating capacity when booking.
In the event of a breakdown, you should contact the rental company immediately. Most reputable providers offer roadside assistance.
A grace period for late returns may apply. After this period, late return fees will be charged, often equivalent to a half-day or full-day rental rate depending on the delay.
Additional fees may include charges for tolls, excessive cleaning if the vehicle is returned in an unsatisfactory condition, traffic or parking infringements, and in some cases, a fee for lost fuel cards or keys.
All our vehicles are strictly for on-road use only, and off-road driving is prohibited to ensure safety and prevent damage.
You will need your booking confirmation, a valid driver’s licence, and the credit card used for the booking and bond.
